As a child, while regularly visiting a carpentry shop, I watched how the parts of future furniture were being cut (an entertaining spectacle).
Even then the simplest things seemed to me incredibly beautiful, I wanted to make only such beautiful, calm, balanced, rational, self-sufficient products from improvised material; and subsequently - the buildings.
I believe that good architecture is a trace of intellectual development, life experience and cultural environment.
So my experience, bringing constructive results today, will certainly be useful in the future.

Main activities and responsibilities

Terms of reference for the development of architectural solutions; full assessment of source data; request of additional or missing source data; formulation of tasks for outsorcing; control of construction design in compliance with basic and approval documentation.
Negotiations with the customer during all phases of architectural practice; (formalization of concept, implementation of project, completion of construction). Development of architectural solution, basic architectural solutions (concept, master plan, planning structures of facilities) in compliance with the requirements given for the designed objects; (technical, artistic, economic, ecological, social, environmental protection).
Creation of a team of architects for the project, involvement and provision of effective workload for planner specialists, in accordance with required resources, schedules for development and issuance of project documentation, including faster, advanced pace of design to have a chance start the construction earlier.
Identification and explanation of additional project works, its amount, timing and cost. Preparation of documents for related, design and business organizations and other secondary specialists. Working draft. Work based on the latest national and foreign experience of architectural practice with the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD software), compliance with technical, artistic, economic, ecological, social and environmental protection requirements for the designed objects. Connect architectural solutions to design developments of related sections (parts) of the project, specialists of related departments (Fire Inspection, Heating and Ventilation, Water supply and Sewage, Electricians, Insolation, Acoustics).
Maintaining of uninterrupted activity of the workers (including external), project data exchange between participants of design team and related departments, compliance of project materials with previously adopted principle decisions. Compliance of developed architectural solutions with current regulations and standards. Passing (removal of remarks) of design solutions through coodrinating instances, work with experts, maintenance and support of implemented design solutions.
Architectural supervision of designed objects construction process. Negotiations with construction contractors, improvement of design solutions, issuance of design supervision sheets in accordance with previously adopted architectural planning solutions. Acceleration of construction. Promotion of the company on the market of architectural designing through organizing and conducting of exhibitions and social events.

Ski Run at the Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow, (First artificial ski slope in Moscow). Light metal frame with barriers passing over the inner passage. The ramp has a variable slope, it is combined with a chairlift at the Luzhniki Stadium, directly near "Observation deck of Vorob’evy gory".
